Ken Sim, Founder & Chief Machine Operator
Ken is the powerhouse behind MASHinery and the owner of Canor Construction and Mano Aggregates, two respected North Bay companies built on decades of moving dirt and building big! With a lifelong love of big machines and hands-on experiences, Ken created MASHinery to turn heavy equipment into safe, confidence-boosting fun. His industry know-how, leadership, and passion for play are what make MASHinery a place where guests don’t just watch the action, they run the machines and make legendary memories.
John Perry – General Manager (Chief Fun Foreman)
With 20+ years of heavy equipment experience, John Perry is the engine behind MASHinery’s daily operations. As General Manager, aka the Chief Fun Foreman, John keeps the site running smoothly, the crew trained to the highest standards, and every guest experience safe, seamless, and unforgettable. From leading daily safety briefings to overseeing Machine Coaches and jumping in when issues arise, John has full on-site authority to pause operations if standards aren’t met, because at MASHinery, safety fuels the fun.
Plus our amazing Machine Coaches
When you arrive you will meet our crew. A team of certified Machine Coaches will be on site to guide, mentor, and cheer you on while you run the machines safely!
